Christmas Eve Celebration 2016

This Christmas eve, the residents of Grace Home receive a delightful visit from members of Grace PJ church. 

A project, The Snowman Workshop was initiated by a group of children from the church and lead by Isabelle Chan, age 11; with the purpose of raising funds for the home.

​The children and residents participating in the workshop, made snowmen out of white socks, rice, pins and an assortment of craft materials.

Isabelle performs "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" and "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" on the violin. And sings Louis Armstrong's "What A Wonderful World".

The day ends with the children entertained at the sight of the fish in the tank before heading back home.

To sum it all up, it was a pleasant day filled with laughter and entertainment. The children managed to raise almost RM3,000 through this project, and gave the residents an opportunity to participate in a fun activity for Christmas Eve.
